Flora Rosefsky, a collage artist who draws with scissors, honors her late father-in-law Harry with Time Has Wings. An artist discussion with Sylvia Cross will take place at 8:30 pm. Twelve working artist studios will be open for viewing as well.
The gallery features artist studios, a gallery space, courtyard, childrens work area and a kiln. It hosts special events, including poetry, music and dance, birthday parties, art classes for children and adults, and summer and holiday art camps.

Artwork by Dawu of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly an art instructor with the City of Atlantas Bureau of Cultural Affairs. The mixed media exhibition includes seragraphs, African bead painting, clay masks using found objects, pen and ink and line drawings, and collage. Families with children and relationships between couples expressed by human faces and figures comprise the subject matter.
Nonprofit agency dedicated to helping adults reach their literacy goals in reading, writing and speaking English, primarily through one-on-one volunteer tutoring.

Award-winning Guyana-born Atlanta artist Donald Locke brings his rich and varied experiences of working and living in South America, Europe and the American South to his work. Featuring art of the people of the Sierra Leone Amputee Project. Donations of art supplies gave people who lost limbs during their countrys civil war a means of expressing their feelings and experiences. The paintings will be exhibited along with photographs of the artists.
