The festival's opening concert is the 57th annual Spring Concert of the Decatur Civic Chorus. The program, directed by Mary Ann Sharp, includes world premieres of local composers, music of spring, spirituals, and a special patriotic multimedia salute to the Armed Forces, featuring pictures of our own war heroes.
